Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) to express interest in a listed land asset. Your proposal is preliminary and non‑binding and will be used for an initial assessment and, where appropriate, to coordinate a first meeting. 


How it works

  1. Fill the form with your indicative terms and transaction role(developer, final buyer or representative).
  2. PVland performs a preliminary, formal and non‑binding screening; meetings or deals are not guaranteed.
  3. Where appropriate, PVland coordinates an initial meeting. Access to documents may be phased and require an NDA.

Important: Shared information is for evaluation only; contacting owners outside PVland or using it to develop independent projects is forbidden (anti‑circumvention).

Mandatory legal notices (summary)

• Non binding: this LOI creates no contractual obligations. 

• Confidentiality & permitted use: controlled access, NDA where required, evaluation use only; direct contact outside PVland and anti circumvention are forbidden. 

• No guarantees: PVland does not guarantee meetings, agreements or deal closing.

• Success fee: sending an LOI has no cost; if a deal is closed via PVland, the success fee is due by the asset publisher, per the T&C. 

• Merchant of Record (MoR): any future paid services (e.g., Premium listing) are commercially provided, invoiced and collected solely by WE CONSULTING ENTERPRISE HIGH QUALITY SRL
