How it works

Advanced documentation (PPA, ATR, permits, layouts, studies) may require an NDA and **phased disclosure**.

• Confidentiality & permitted use: controlled access, NDA where required, evaluation use only; direct contact outside PVland and anti circumvention are forbidden.

• No guarantees: PVland does not guarantee meetings, agreements or deal closing.

• Success fee: sending an LOI has no cost; if a deal is closed via PVland, the success fee is due by the asset publisher, per the T&C.
